HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
MONTH TO MONTH SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you need to cancel your subscription for any reason, you can do so in your Account page. Conversely, you can also email hello@roastbox.co.uk with Cancel in the subject line.

3, 6 AND 12 MONTH SUBSCRIPTIONS
Simply select cancel on your Account page and you’re all set. You will not be billed for the next recurring period. You will receive shipments for the months you have prepaid.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?
You can update your billing and shipping information via your account page. If you need to change your credit card information you can also do this within your account. If you prefer email hello@roastbox.co.uk with ‘CHANGE CARD DETAILS’ as the subject and a billing representative will get in touch with you to update your information. Do not email your card details.

CAN I CHANGE MY SETTINGS AFTER I CHECK OUT?
Currently we do not have this feature. We will be introducing this in the near future. However you can change account details, such as name, address and email.

CAN I ‘PAUSE’ MY SUBSCRIPTION OR SKIP A MONTH?
Currently we do not have this feature. We will be introducing this in the near future. However you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.

WHEN DO I ACTUALLY GET BILLED?
Your card will be charged upon checkout.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES ROASTBOX ACCEPT?
We currently accept Direct Debit (only within the UK), PayPal and most debit and major credit cards.

CAN I RETURN MY ROASTBOX?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on fresh coffee subscriptions, but if there is anything about your Roastbox subscription that doesn’t meet your satisfaction, give us a call at hello@roastbox.co.uk and we’ll make things right.

TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION HOW MUCH NOTICE TO I NEED GO GIVE?
If you cancel your subscription less than 24 hours before your box ships then your cancellation will be effective.

HOW DOES ROASTBOX WORK?
Each month, subscribers receive coffees from up to three different roasters from all over the country. The coffee you receive each month will be dictated by which UK Coffee Roasters we deem are currently producing the best coffee. It will also be determined by coffee seasons and growing worldwide, and thus delivering the finest and freshest coffees of the period.

Our philosophy is to educate people on good coffee and help you discover new exciting roasts by rotating roasters. However, If you like a specific roast you can change your subscriptions to repeat the same roast every month.

WHERE DO ROASTBOX COFFEES COME FROM?
The coffees we select for you come from small, talented independent coffee roasters around the UK who roast each batch by hand.

DO I NEED TO SELECT A GRIND?
Our default delivery method is whole bean, so if you want to pick a grind type to suit your home brewing method, you will have to select your option when picking your subscription. Please note some roasts only offer certain grind types, to bring the best out of the beans.

CAN I GIVE ROASTBOX AS A GIFT?

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Recipients of subscription gift can only customise their subscription within the email account you register the subscription with.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificate recipients can redeem the money against any gift or subscriptions and set up their own account and subscription preferences.

WHEN WILL THE RECIPIENT RECEIVE THEIR FIRST ROASTBOX?
We’ll ship your first delivery within 3 business days of your order. You’ll receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number as soon as your coffee leaves our Manchester headquarters.

DO YOU CHARGE SHIPPING FOR UK SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Shipping to the UK is free with subscriptions. However for gifts, shipping costs are weight and destination dependant. The price is generated for these at checkout.

CAN COFFEE SUBSCRIPTIONS BE SHIPPED TO EUROPE & WORLDWIDE?
Yes! However shipping prices are a lot higher for Europe and Worldwide so we have a Europe and International Subscription service. Prices will be set higher by default to cover shipping costs.

DO YOU SHIP GIFTS TO EUROPE?
Yes! Roastbox ships to all EU countries. You can select your destination country when you checkout and shipping costs will be generated based on destination and product weight.

DO YOU SHIP GIFTS INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Roastbox ships anywhere in the world. You can select your destination country when you checkout and shipping costs will be generated based on destination and product weight.

DOES ROASTBOX SHIP TO APO OR OTHER MILITARY ADDRESSES?
Yes! Roastbox ships to most APO and military addresses. Shipping costs will be generated at checkout based on destination address and product weight.
